1. Why is my Serial Number is invalid? - When you logged in for the first time using a serial number you were asked to register and create your password. Once you create a password the serial number you received becomes invalid. Always use your password to login.
   
   
2. Why is my Password invalid? - Your trial period has expired. If you wish to join please contact Peter providing your account details and the Swing Mate team will activate your account.
   
   
3. Why can't I see my swings or the Interface - Swing Mate uses Adobe Flash for videos. Flash is free software installed on all computers. If you don't have Flash Swing Mate will automatically ask you to download it and you will have access to the website. If you are at work some IT departments block video streaming for various reasons therefore you may need to use a computer that is not on the work server.
